Holiday Pet Portraits
Below you'll find all the information you'll need to get on the list for my 2025 holiday pet portrait commissions. I know it's a lot, but please read carefully before submitting!
Pricing
Pet portraits are $250 for the digital version. You will be provided with digital files necessary for printing.

Physical prints will be offered to 5 people this year (US only) - print orders will be handled first because they have to be sent by mail in time for the holidays. If you want to be considered for a physical print, there will be a question in the Google form where you can indicate a physical mailing address. Please provide a full name and USPS verified shipping address.
Prints will be offered at $250 +$25 for 8x10 inch print, or +$35 for 11x14 inch print, with the digital files and shipping included.
Terms & Conditions
For the sake of transparency, I will not be handling submissions on a first-come-first-served basis. To cut down on back and forth communication or having to clarify details, I will be going through all the forms and choosing the submissions that have provided the best quality images, most detailed descriptions, and followed the directions in the form. This ensures I can get to as many submissions as possible . For the best chance of your submission getting selected, please follow the instructions carefully and take your time with the form. Please provide as many photos and as you can in the Google form! Photos of your pets must include close-up, uncropped, clear shots of their faces. If you want specific objects included, please provide reference images or photos of the actual object (eg. dog toy, treats, collar, etc) from multiple angles. The Google form is exhaustive, but I need to be able to illustrate objects that fit in the composition and (ideally) to edit down from that list to produce a harmonious portrait. That means not everything you put into the form will end up in the portrait, and much of this is up to my discretion.
I will send you a rough black and white sketch of the composition for approval before finishing the portrait in color. One of my favorite things about making these portraits is the color - your pet will probably be in oversaturated or completely different colors than they are in real life (I usually translate black to blue, grey to purple, etc.) When I send you the color version, you will be able to request small changes to the colors or likeness, but not the composition.
To make sure I have time to finish all portraits, please respond with feedback within 24 hours. If I don’t hear back, I will complete the portrait regardless.
How To Order
Fill out the Google form - it will not be accepting responses until launch day, which is Wednesday, 11/26 at 3pm Eastern. Submissions close Monday, 12/1 at 11am Eastern. You can preview the questions on the form here so you can be better prepared!
I will be sending out confirmation emails Monday, December 1. Once I have emailed you confirming your spot, you have 24 hours to purchase. You must pay in full to secure your place in line. If you do not respond or pay within 24 hours, I will move on to the next submission on the list. If you do not receive an email, that means your submission was not selected for this round.
You will be able to complete your purchase via venmo or paypal (instructions will be included in your confirmation e-mail)
If you are offered a spot and complete payment, you will receive your digital download at least one week before Christmas (Thursday, December 18th).
Unfortunately, I’m not offering a waitlist this year. That means if you applied last year, you must apply again to get a spot on the list. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you will need to submit again next time the slots open (TBD).
Additional Information
These portraits are meant to be an abstract representation of your pet’s personality! Since I don't know your pet, I’ll need a lot of information. This can be screenshots of your pet’s DNA breed results, stories of how you adopted them, quirks about their personality, favorite toys and treats, anything you can think of!
In order to be prepared for launch day, gather some photos and try to think of what you want to put in the form ahead of time to have a better chance of getting on the list. You can preview the questions on the Google form here.
